A LIFE OF EVERLASTING GLORY

In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.

1 Peter 5:10 NLT

We are called for a life of endless glory in Christ. It is not something we are waiting for, we have received it when we were baptized in Jesus. John 17:22 MEV says "I have given them the glory which You gave Me, that they may be one even as We are one".

We are joint heirs with Christ to the glory of God. The same way Jesus shares with God, so also we share with him. What a life of greatness we are called into. No wonder the scripture calls it " Christ in you, the hope of glory,(Colossians 1:27)

Our own work is to believe and wait patiently in Jesus through whom we enjoy this glory.

Remember our opening verse says "after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation."

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO WAIT PATIENTLY FOR THE LORD TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN !
