ABIDE WITH JOY I

For your Maker is your husband, The Lord of hosts is His name; And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth.- Isaiah 54:5 NKJV

"For your Maker is your husband," Think of what that means, If your maker is your spouse, do you think you will ever be in enmity with him/her? Of Course no. Why? For your spouse will make you look and function how he/she wants you to be.

This is the same with God, our Maker.

He said " I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.

(Ezekiel 36:26‭-‬27 NKJV)

God has made us in Christ, his image and likeness, so we can live and do the work He predestined for us before the world began. Even his love He poured in our lives, so we can love him the way He wants.

What else can make us fail in life, if God is the one who sustains us? makes us holy? Our duty is to continue to abide in him with joy. Live in unbroken fellowship with him and He will keep us from falling till the coming of Christ.

Remember He said “O you afflicted one, Tossed with tempest, and not comforted, Behold, I will lay your stones with colorful gems, And lay your foundations with sapphires. (Isaiah 54:11 NKJV)
