ARE YOU BOTHERED?

To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory - Colossians 1:27 NKJV

Adam and Eve were not bothered by their nakedness until after the fall. Why? For they were covered by God's glory. When the Lord was fast asleep in the boat and the great storm arose that the boat was already filling," they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?”(Mark 4:38 NKJV) They never understood then the glory of His presence.

David was not bothered by the size of Goliath and killed him with only a sling and a stone because the Spirit of God was with him. In Numbers 14, while the other spies were lamenting over the giants in the land the went to spy, Joshua and Caleb said "Only do not rebel against the Lord, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the Lord is with us. Do not fear them.” (Numbers 14:9 NKJV)

Beloved, our heavenly Father is not bothered that we might go through tribulations, be it financial, marital, sickness etc, why? Christ is in us, the hope of our glory! For "darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you."

(Isaiah 60:2 NIV)

He has overcome the world for us. He has deprived them of the power to harm us. " If God is with us, who can be against us? Let us live in this consciousness and experience the glory of the Lord in our lives!
