BE CONSCIOUS OF HIS PURPOSE FOR YOU THAN OUR DAILY TROUBLES

We know that in all things God works for good with those who love him, those whom he has called according to his purpose.

Romans 8:28 GNT

Always be conscious of God's purpose for you rather than our daily troubles. Think calmly about Jesus on the cross. “..My God, my God, why did you abandon me?” (Matthew 27:46 GNT) What seems to be an abandonment, was achieving the purpose for which He was sent. (For He was made sin for us) Besides, the Father was actually with Him at the cross. In John 16:32 GNT He said, “The time is coming, and is already here, when all of you will be scattered, each of you to your own home, and I will be left all alone. But I am not really alone, because the Father is with me. “

The Holy Spirit led Him to the cross, and was with Him keeping account of His sufferings and blood sheds for us. And even received His Spirit when He died. “Father! In your hands I place my spirit!” (Luke 23:46) Hebrews 9:14 says He offered Himself to God through the Holy Spirit. The Psalmist also says about it,

“You know how troubled I am; you have kept a record of my tears. Aren't they listed in your book?” (Psalm 56:8 GNT)

Let us be conscious of God's purpose for us and not what we are passing through.

Those abandonment, pain, shame and even humiliation we pass through in life does not mean God has abandoned us. Instead they are working together to achieve the purpose for which we were sent.

Remember, our old sinful self was abandoned on the cross, nailed and has passed away. So if we live for self purpose, we will suffer abandonment, anxiety etc. But, if we live for the purpose for which He sent us, He will be for us as He was with Jesus and will not abandon us.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO BE CONSCIOUS OF HIS PURPOSE FOR US IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
