BE GROUNDED IN TRUTH

My child, pay attention to what I say. Listen carefully to my words. Don’t lose sight of them. Let them penetrate deep into your heart, for they bring life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body.

Proverbs 4:20-22 NLT

Beloved, do not be moved by symptoms or troubles you face in life. Galatians 2:20 NLT says, “ My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

So no worries about those symptoms, Romans 8:10-11 NIV says, “But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness. And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.

That is why we are not moved by symptoms for they are dead on arrival. All the cells of our body, from the crown of our head to the sole of our body are under the reign of the Spirit of life. He is the Holy Spirit and will not allow His holy ones to see decay. He does not partner with decay, but with resurrection power. In Him, life is sustained, strengthened, and restored.

This is why Psalms 119:50 says, “This is my comfort in my affliction, For Your word has given me life.” God's word is Spirit and life, “for they bring life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body.”
