BE OF GOOD CHEER

"But the following night the Lord stood by him and said, 'Be of good cheer, Paul; for as you have testified for Me in Jerusalem, so you must also bear witness at Rome.'"

Acts 23:11 NKJV

Paul was beaten and imprisoned for preaching Christ, yet the Lord stood by him and assured him that his assignment was not over. He would also testify in Rome.

Paul understood that his life was not his own. As he said, "My life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus" (Acts 20:24 NLT). Though he faced tough times, God's purpose prevailed. In Rome, Paul boldly proclaimed the Kingdom of God without hindrance (Acts 28:30–31).

Beloved, when God gives you an assignment, opposition cannot stop His plan. The Lord who strengthened Paul is with you today. Be of good cheer, remain faithful, and continue fulfilling His purpose. God's calling on your life will be accomplished as you trust and obey Him.
