Whoever believes in the Son of God accepts this testimony. Whoever does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because they have not believed the testimony God has given about his Son.

1 John 5:10 NIV

OUR joyful duty as children of God is to testify to the glorious work of Jesus on the cross, yes the work God did in Christ on the cross to give us eternal life. We don't confess to our earthly circumstances, but to the glorious work of the cross. Why? Because the gospel of Jesus is about all that God did right in Christ, God's righteousness, not what we did right in Christ, our righteousness. That is why it is the power of God that saves all , for God's work is flawless.

When we confess right, the Holy Spirit also bears witness to our testimony by carrying out the works of salvation in our lives. The Bible says this about the apostles: "And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen."

(Mark 16:20 NKJV)

If we don't confess right, no witness, for as our text says, "Whoever does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because they have not believed the testimony God has given about his Son"

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO ALWAYS CONFESS RIGHT TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
