DO NOT SEEK THE LIVING AMONG THE DEAD III

and as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? - Luke 24:5 KJV

Christ is no longer of the dead but of the living, so are we. The Lord Said, " They are not of the world, even as I am not of it." (John 17:16 NIV) So we cannot seek the goodness of the Lord among the dead rather among the living, for we are dead and our new life is Hidden in Christ, in God. "And God is not a God of the dead, but of the living: .” No wonder David said, I had fainted, Unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living" (Psalm 27:13 KJV)

When John the Baptist disciples first followed Jesus, the Lord asked them , “What do you seek?” They said to Him, “Rabbi” (which is to say, when translated, Teacher), “where are You staying?”

(John 1:38 NKJV) Wherever Christ is staying, is where we are. That is why the Bible says ".. seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God."Colossians 3:1 NKJV)

Anger, malice, bitterness, rage, jealousy are all of the dead, they emanates from seeking God's goodness in the natural. but we are of the living, so to enjoy God goodness in the land of the living, walk in the supernatural. Live by God's words. See things as God sees. "Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus "

For instance, Psalm 119:64 says that the earth is filled with God's goodness, you don't depend on natural circumstances to define God's goodness, for God is Spirit; instead live it by faith. Jesus who was with us in the natural, is now in us spiritually, so all those goodness He manifested in the natural are now in us spiritually.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO SEEK OUR FULFILLMENT IN THE REALM OF THE LIVING AND NOT OF THE DEAD IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
