Blessed are the people who know the joyful shout. They walk, O Lord, in the light of Your presence.

Psalms 89:15 MEV

The shouts in our verse, have to be joyful, it comes when you confess His greatness, mercies in praises. In the Bible, Jehoshaphat placed singers in front of the army, and they sang : “Give thanks to the Lord; his faithful love endures forever!” At the very moment they began to sing and give praise, the Lord caused the armies of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir to start fighting among themselves.(2 Chronicles 20:21‭-‬22 )

Imagine that, "at the very moment they began to sing and give praise, the Lord caused the armies of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir to start fighting among themselves. This shows the power of shouted praises. So there is a connection between our shouted praise and the voice of the Lord. How?

The Bible says "The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars, even the cedars of Lebanon. The Lord's voice shakes the oaks and strips the leaves from the trees while everyone in his Temple shouts, “Glory to God!” (Psalm 29:5‭, ‬9 GNT)

No wonder Isaiah 57:19 CEV says "start singing my praises. No matter where you are, I, the Lord, will heal you and give you peace". Glory!

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO ACCLAIM HIM, GIVING HIM SHOUTS OF JOY FOR ALL HE HAS DONE FOR US IN CHRIST, IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
