FAITH DOES NOT WAIT TO SEE, IT SPEAKS BECAUSE IT KNOWS

After this, Jesus, knowing that all was now finished, said (to fulfill the Scripture), “I thirst.” .. When Jesus had received the sour wine, he said, “It is finished,” and he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
John 19:28, 30 ESV
If you take your car to a repair shop, you don’t drive it away halfway through the work—you wait until the technician declares it finished. In the same way, when Jesus—the One who redeemed
us, knowing that all was now finished,
—declared on the cross, “It is finished,” that was not a suggestion but a final verdict. Our confidence rests in His word, not in what our feelings may suggest.
Ponder this: from our theme, Jesus, knowing that all was finished, did not remain silent but boldly declared, “It is finished.” This is the posture from which we ought to live. It should become our default response in every season of distress. The Bible says that we have the same Spirit of faith. Therefore, we too must boldly declare our victory in the midst of every challenge, knowing that Jesus always has the final say.
No more worries about our challenges, for in John 16:33 (NKJV), the same One who redeemed us said: “... In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” This means that while challenges may still arise, they do not define the outcome, for the victory has already been secured.
Beloved, to live by faith is to say yes to God’s words, regardless of circumstances or feelings. So, even in the midst of trials, fears and trembling, we remain of good cheer, for the work is finished. This is how to work out our salvation, by living from it!
WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO SAY YES TO GOD’S WORDS REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES OR FEELINGS, IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
THANK YOU JESUS!
