GOD DELIGHTS TO SEE US ENJOY THE WORK OF HIS LOVE

When he sees all that is accomplished by his anguish, he will be satisfied.


Isaiah 53:11 NLT



A friend of mine posted a clip of his boys enjoying the meal he made. If we can cherish seeing our children enjoy the food we make, how much more will Jesus cherish seeing us enjoy His finished work of the cross? Imagine how joyful He will be to see you living the kingdom life, walking in righteousness, peace, and joy of the Holy Spirit. In Luke 12:32 NLT, He said, “So don’t be afraid, little flock. For it gives your Father great happiness to give you the Kingdom.”


How about how joyful He would be to see us partake in the Holy communion, the work of His love? He said in Luke 22:15 NLT, “I have been very eager to eat this Passover meal with you before my suffering begins.” Imagine that He was not bothered about the sufferings, rather He set His joy on the Holy communion. No wonder our theme verse says, “ When he sees all that is accomplished by his anguish, he will be satisfied. “



WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO PARTAKE IN THE WORK OF HIS LOVE WITH JOY, IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
