HE HAS MADE ME GLAD

For you make me glad by your deeds, Lord; I sing for joy at what your hands have done. - Psalms 92:4 NIV

If God has made us glad, who can make us sad? No one! Psalms 30:11 NIV says

"You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy," If you ever dream about wailing or sackcloth, will you be worried? Of course not , for He has removed them and made us glad.

So the Bible says about Christ's mission, "to provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor." (Isaiah 61:3 NIV)

If the spirit of mourning, despair or ashes come your way. Will you accept it? Of Course not? Why? For all things are passed away! They are fully paid for on the cross. That is why the Bible says "This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.(1 John 5:4 NIV)

That is why the Bible says, "those the Lord has rescued will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away. (Isaiah 35:10 NIV)

BE GLAD!
