HE OWNS US

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved - Romans 10:9 NIV

This verse is very deep, it is not something we say once and for all, we live by it daily every moment of our life. Psalm 96:2 tells us to  proclaim His salvation day after day. Our salvation is an ongoing thing, it is not something we receive once and for all. Isaiah 61:10 BSB says "He has clothed me with garments of salvation"

When we declare with our mouth that Jesus is our Lord, we are passing our lordship to Jesus, all that we are and have is His, this includes our finances, health and wellbeing, length of days, marriages, etc.This means that we live for Him and He runs our life, what a relief! 

He prayed "Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name, the name you gave me, so that they may be one as we are one. (John 17:11 NIV)  So when we ask amiss and never receive, it simply means He is protecting us from apostasy, for He owns us, we are His.

This also means we don't worry or fear, we  don't fear bad news for He owns us and is incharge of us.  When we ask and wait, we wait on His own time and not our own time. For instance we have been waiting for 10 years for no answer, Our 10 years is like 15 minutes in His sight.How? Remember our 1000 years is a day in His sight. So we waited for only 15 mins! 

SO WHEN YOU TRANSFER YOUR LORDSHIP TO JESUS THINK DEEPLY WITH YOUR HEART WHAT YOU DID FOR WITH THE HEART MAN BELIEVES!

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO BY THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT TO DECLARE AND TRULY BELIEVE THE LORDSHIP OF JESUS TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
