HOW TO ENJOY GOD KIND OF PEACE IN THIS DARK DAYS

Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord - 2 Peter 1:2 NIV

The Lord Said "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

(John 14:27 NIV) He left us with the kind of peace He lived while on earth. Though He faced many troubles while on earth, yet He never allowed His heart to be troubled by those.

How did He live in His peace without allowing His mind to be troubled? Through a personal relationship with the Father, by knowledge, He ascribed all powers to the Father: "Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.

(John 14:10 NIV)

In another place He said “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he and that I do nothing on my own but speak just what the Father has taught me. The one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him.”

(John 8:28‭-‬29 NIV)

In John 16:32, He also said “A time is coming and in fact has come when you will be scattered, each to your own home. You will leave me all alone. Yet I am not alone, for my Father is with me."

Beloved, let us grow in relationships with our heavenly Father through personal knowledge of Him so as to live in His peace and not the world kind of peace. Isaiah 26:3 says "You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You."
