As they stretched him out to flog him, Paul said to the centurion standing there, “Is it legal for you to flog a Roman citizen who hasn’t even been found guilty?”

Acts 22:25 NIV

Beloved, we are out of the world and alive to Father's care and protection. Imagine if St. Paul did not identify Himself, he could have been flogged, even though He is a Roman citizen.

The same way, if we don't live as those that are dead to the world and alive to God's care, we will be subject to attack by the elemental forces of this world. How do we stay dead to the world and alive to God's care and protection?

The Bible gave us two clues: Firstly; "present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.(Romans 12:1) So Christ can live His life through us, we use our body as instruments of righteousness.

Secondly, "do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.(Romans 12:2 NKJV) A dead person doesn't have no will, since we are alive to God in Christ, our will comes from God, we live our life through Him.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO KNOW WHO WE ARE AND STAND STRONG IN IT, IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
