The Lord is our God, and he has given us light! Start the celebration! March with palm branches all the way to the altar.

Psalms 118:27 CEV

Yes let us celebrate for God has caused His light to shine upon us. Zechariah said “because of the tender mercy of our God, whereby the sunrise shall visit us from on high to give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.”

(Luke 1:78-79 ESV)

Darkness in our lives represents ignorance of God, disorderliness, such as sickness, hardships, failures etc. Christ's light does not mean no more darkness in the world, rather, the world's darkness cannot absorb us if we walk in His light. Isaiah 60:2 ESV says, “For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the Lord will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you.”

That is why He said in John 8:12 ESV

“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” Let us follow Him in His words and darkness will flee away.

WE BLESS YOU HEAVENLY FATHER FOR YOU HAVE CAUSED YOUR LIGHT TO SHINE UPON US, PRAISEWORTHY AND EXALTED IS YOUR NAME FOREVER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
