LIVE KINGDOM LIFE BY FAITH

It was by faith that Enoch was taken up to heaven without dying—“he disappeared, because God took him.” For before he was taken up, he was known as a person who pleased God.

Hebrews 11:5 NLT

Notice that our theme says Enoch was translated by faith and not by sight. Colossians 1:13 NLT says, “ For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son. “ Just as Enoch was translated by faith and not by sight, in the same way, we were translated to the kingdom of heaven by faith and not by sight.

This means we should no longer live from this realm of life, we should live from above, as those living in the kingdom of heaven. Psalms 91:5-8 NIV says, “You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday…You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.”

The Psalmist is telling us to live the kingdom life by faith. That is to observe the terrors of this world, but do not fear them. For we have been translated to the kingdom of God's Son, the secret place of the most High. And His kingdom is not by observation. (Luke 17:20)

Remember, that we observe terrors on earth does not mean we are not translated. Rather, in all those terrors we remain victorious because we have been translated. This is why Colossians 3:1 NIV says, “ Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.”
