MAKE GOD YOUR JOY

Your testimonies I have taken as a heritage forever, For they are the rejoicing of my heart - Psalms 119:111 NKJV

Don't seek your joy from the world, that is a big mistake to make, for the Lord already took us out of the world. The Lord Said I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.(John 17:14 NKJV)

You don't seek your joy from the very one that hates you. The world is not our family and friends, instead, there is a spirit of the world that controls the system of the world. It hates us from the very moment we accept Christ. They hated us for we have what they don't have, the word of God. They are perishing, but we endure forever.

It is a big mistake to seek your joy from your enemy, for it can only destroy you. Social media,money and material possessions are all great, but let that not be your source of joy. Instead let God be your joy. Make His testimonies the joy of your heart. Psalms 37:4 NIV says "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart."
