MERCIFUL SHEPHERD

I wander about like a lost sheep; so come and look for me, your servant, (Psalm 119:176 GNT)

In John 21, the Lord was not angry at the apostles for going back to their former ways, after He called them out, rather He came looking for them, with abundance of supplies; 153 large fish and a breakfast at the seaside.

No wonder the Bible says ‘For thus says the Lord God: “Indeed I Myself will search for My sheep and seek them out. I will feed My flock, and I will make them lie down,” says the Lord God.

(Ezekiel 34:11‭, ‬15 NKJV)

We are the sheep of his pasture, the flock He purchased with His own blood, our values do not depreciate and we are new before God, same as the day Jesus died for us. He does not abandon His own, for He is the owner and not a hired hand. [John 10]
