NO WORRIES ABOUT OUR HUMAN WEAKNESSES II

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might.

Ephesians 6:10 ESV

2 Timothy 2:1 ESV says, “You then, my child, be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus.” This command is for us to depend on God's grace during difficulties and responsibilities. To draw strength from Christ rather than from yourself.

This is why we can confidently declare that we are rich, even when our bank account seems to disagree. Our confidence is not rooted in what we presently possess, but in Christ, who has given us the power to get wealth. Therefore, we refuse to be defined by temporary lack. We walk by faith, knowing that the One who supplies seed to the sower is able to provide abundantly for every good work.

We refuse to be moved by symptoms or doctors' diagnosis for the Lord is the only One that heals us. The very power that raised Jesus from death to prove that we are righteous, also gives life to our mortal bodies because we are righteous. Psalm 73:26 (ESV says, “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”

When our own resources run out, God's resources do not. When our heart is weary, He becomes the strength of our heart. When earthly possessions fade, He remains our eternal portion and inheritance.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO BE JOYFUL IN OUR WEAKNESSES IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
