II Corinthians 4:17 NIV says, “For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.” Just as the Lord said when He heard that His beloved Lazarus was sick, “This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified through it.” (John 11:4) In the same way, all our troubles must end in glory for when trouble increases because of sin, grace supersedes with glory that far outweighs them all!
