In the Bible, when the shepherds brought the good news of their encounter with the angels to Mary, while ALL who heard it were astonished, Mary kept all in her heart and thought about them often. (Luke 2) While we enjoy the astonishment of the gospel, it is good to continue pondering them irrespective of the emotions until it bears roots in our hearts.
