Though we are in a fallen world, we do not have a fallen nature, we have God's divine nature, spotless, blameless, above reproach, we are stainless. That a stainless steel in a rusty container has some rusty stains on it, does not mean it is rusty. All it needs is to be cleaned up and it still retains it's nature. The same way that we pass through sickness, hardships of this fallen world does not mean we are fallen. All we need is to be cleansed regularly by the washing of water through the word.
