Give us this day our daily bread

Matthew 6:11 NKJV

Why do we have to ask for our daily bread since He has given us all we need for life and godliness? Because we are in fellowship with the Holy Spirit, in oneness with the Godhead, so we have the same Spirit, same spirit of faith. "And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,"(II Corinthians 4:13 NKJV)

The Bible says "By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

(Hebrews 11:3 NKJV) So the word of God are invisible things, they are spirit and life.

So, we believe with our heart that in Christ, we have our own daily bread from God, and we declare with our mouth and receive it. ( Romans 10:10) If you are picking up your paycheck from your job, you have to ask for it with confidence because it belongs to you.

For instance, Revelation 5:12 NIV says “Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!” Jesus received all these for us, so it makes sense for us to request daily for they belong to us in Christ.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO ASK DAILY FOR OUR DAILY BREAD TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
