For you are all children of the light and children of the day. We don’t belong to the night nor to darkness.

1 Thessalonians 5:5 TPT

This verse fills my heart with bubbling joy, so no matter how dark the days may be, we are not of it, we belong to the light. Isaiah 60:2 NKJV says "For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you."

What do we do, if we face periods of darkness in our finances, marriages, health and wellbeing etc,? We persevere with joy knowing that they are temporary, for they will not last, why?

" For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning. (Psalms 30:5 NKJV) The Lord has Covenant of night and day.

Rejoice, for the Lord has sworn not to be angry with us anymore, Rather, this is the time of His favor. Our duty is to endure.

Hebrews 6:12 NKJV says " imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises."

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO REJOICE AND BE PATIENT IN TRIBULATIONS TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
