SERIES 2: XLI

the Lord, whose promises I praise.

Psalm 56:10 GNT

Just as in Psalm 36:8, the Lord feeds us from His abundance and allows us to drink from His river of delights, He also wants us to feed the world from that same abundance and give them a drink from His river of delights.

He has made us the salt of the earth so that we can bring His preserving influence into a world that is decaying. He has preserved us from the corruption of this world so that, through us, others may encounter His life, truth, and righteousness.

The good news is that through the finished work of the cross, Jesus has restored God's glory to the earth. Now, Christ lives in us, displaying His glory through our lives so that the world can experience God's lovingkindness and righteousness. This is why He has planted us here on earth.

Isaiah 61:3 NIV says: “... They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.”

Beloved, we are not merely planted on earth to enjoy God's abundance; we are planted to become channels through which His abundance reaches others. We are His oaks of righteousness, called to display His splendor in a fallen world.

Let us therefore stand strong, deeply rooted in Christ, and boldly display God's glory through the gospel of Jesus Christ, so that the world may taste His goodness, experience His righteousness, and encounter His unfailing love!

THE LORD, WHOSE PROMISES I PRAISE, ALL GLORY, PRAISEWORTHY AND EXALTED IS YOUR NAME FOREVER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS
