the Lord, whose promises I praise.
Psalm 56:10 GNT
The Lord desires that we abide in Him as our permanent and only dwelling place, allowing His thoughts and ways to become our way of life regardless of earthly circumstances. As God’s holy and righteous people in Christ, we walk in holiness and righteousness irrespective of how we feel.
Likewise, our sufficiency is found in Christ alone. Therefore, even in the midst of weakness, we live with confidence and fullness, knowing that His strength is made perfect in us.
How much emphasis are we placing on teaching others the Lord’s commands through both our words and our lives? Remember why God chose Abraham:
“And I have chosen him, so that he will direct his children and his household after him to keep the way of the Lord by doing what is right and just, so that the Lord will bring about for Abraham what He has promised him.” — Genesis 18:19 NIV
If we desire to partake in His blessings, we must also embrace the responsibility of discipleship. God’s promises are not only received through faith, but His ways are preserved through obedience, example, and the intentional teaching of others.
THE LORD, WHOSE PROMISES I PRAISE, ALL GLORY, PRAISEWORTHY AND EXALTED IS YOUR NAME FOREVER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
THANK YOU JESUS
