OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN

REJOICE IN HIS PROMISES XLIV

the Lord, whose promises I praise.

Psalm 56:10 GNT

In John 16:33 the Lord said, "..In the world you will have tribulation. But take courage; I have overcome the world!”

So it doesn't matter how much famine we see in this physical world, Jesus has deprived them of the power to harm us.

Know that we are born of God, and "everyone born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world: our faith."

(1 John 5:4 BSB) In this case, faith that He has overcome famine for us!

Imagine that our wealth, our struggles, no matter how much, cannot give us eternal life, only a piece of bread does. Even the most expensive food, exercise, healthy living cannot afford eternal life, only a piece of bread, the flesh of Jesus, does. "For My flesh is real food, and My blood is real drink." (John 6:55 BSB)

Think of this: if you want to buy eternal life, how much and where can you get it? This places us above the wealthiest person on earth. "The well-fed hire themselves out for food, but the starving hunger no more. The barren woman gives birth to seven, but she who has many sons pines away." (1 Samuel 2:5 BSB)

TO THE LORD, WHOSE PROMISES I PRAISE, ALL GLORY AND PRAISEWORTHY AND EXALTED IS YOUR NAME FOREVER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
