Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy

God’s idea of sabbath is for man to have a sense of rest, knowing that all is good, for God after He created all things, He saw that they were good, He handed all over to us to "tend and keep" then He rested. He doesn't expect us to start worrying over things again for He has made everything good.(Ecclesiastes 3:11)

The Bible says "Your faithfulness endures to all generations; You established the earth, and it abides. They continue this day according to Your ordinances, For all are Your servants". (Psalms 119:90‭-‬91 NKJV) Why do we live in fear,  worries and anxiety about this or that.

Some of us think that God has forgotten them. Will you forget to eat daily? Who wakes you up daily? “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you. See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; (Isaiah 49:15‭-‬16 )

If God can be faithful in the old creation, how about in this new creation? Let us celebrate God's faithfulness at all times, and acclaim Him more gloriously on sabbath day, for He is worthy  to receive glory and honor and power, For He created all things, and they exist because He created what He pleased.

(Revelation 4:11)

WORTHY ARE YOU HEAVENLY FATHER TO RECEIVE GLORY HONOR AND POWER. FOR YOU CREATED ALL THINGS AND THEY EXIST BECAUSE YOU CREATED WHAT YOU PLEASED.
