REPRESENT CHRIST ON EARTH

for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ - Galatians 3:27 NIV

Mr. B had an emergency and needed someone to cover his shift at work, but none of his friends could except Mr. C. So all the benefits meant for Mr. B was given Mr. C. 

Revelation 5:12 NIV tells us about the elders, angels ,"In a loud voice they were saying: “Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!”

Since we are clothed with Christ,  then all that Christ received we have received as well, for we are acting in His stead. That is why the Bible calls us joint heirs with Christ, for all that He is and has, we have received as well. The Lord said "I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one—(John 17:22 NIV)

The question is, are we representing Christ on earth, are we walking in him? Remember we can only partake in all He received, if we actually represent Him on earth. We cannot ask and receive if we don't live in His name, Remember the seven sons of Sceva (Acts 19:13-16)

Out of all Mr. B's friends, only Mr.C that represented him, received his benefits. That is why Colossians 3:17 BSB says

"And whatever you do, in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him."

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO LIVE IN HIS NAME YO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
