RESIST THE DEVIL SPIRITUALLY

Surrender to God! Resist the devil, and he will run from you - James 4:7 CEV

The Bible tells us that the way to win the enemy is first of all to surrender to God. If you receive someone else's bills, you pass it to the person, the rightful owner. That is how to surrender to God, align your thoughts with His thoughts, not His thoughts with your thoughts. The enemy is already afraid and defeated by God's thoughts over us. James 2:19 CEV tells us that . "Even demons believe this, and it makes them shake with fear."

The Psalmist says, "Judah became God’s sanctuary, Israel his dominion. The sea looked and fled, the Jordan turned back; the mountains leaped like rams, the hills like lambs". [Psalms 114:2‭-‬4 NIV] The same way, the enemy is terrified by the presence of God in us, because we are God's holy sanctuary.

Ponder this: you have a weapon against your enemy, he knows how deadly the weapon is, and trembles, but if you don't know what you have, He triumphs. If you feel sick and know that by His wounds we were healed and that God has the final say. All you need is to align your thoughts with this knowledge and the sickness flees away!

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO SURRENDER OUR THOUGHTS TO GOD'S THOUGHTS AND RESIST THE ENEMY IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
