but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect. He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.- 1 Peter 1:19‭-‬20 NIV

The Lord said to Abraham, “Know for certain that for four hundred years your descendants will be strangers in a country not their own and that they will be enslaved and mistreated there. But I will punish the nation they serve as slaves, and afterward they will come out with great possessions." (Genesis 15:13‭-‬14 NIV)

The Lord does not change, we can see that what the children of Israel went through, foreshadows our salvation. For we went through slavery because of the fall in Eden, but is now redeemed. Not only that we are out of slavery, but with a great possession, Christ.

No wonder the Bible says "For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.

(Psalms 30:5 NIV))

Beloved, our heavenly Father is the First and Last, He has the final say to all that pertains to us. Let us enjoy this season of God's great favor, He preordained for us beforehand, irrespective of our performance, for in Christ , as our theme verse says, we are "without blemish or defect"

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO SEE OURSELVES AS GOD DOES IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
