SET YOUR EYES ON JESUS

For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Galatians 3:27 NKJV

Think about how you would feel if you wore a smaller shirt on top of a larger one. It might tear or be too tight and very uncomfortable. Our theme tells us that by baptism, we have put on Christ , a larger cloth as uniform. We worry or get perplexed when we put on ourselves, smaller shirts on top of Christ, the larger shirt.

Christianity is a life of Christ in me, the hope of glory, and not ourselves. He is our power of excellence. We no longer live, hence we shouldn't be thinking or accepting failure or sickness in our lives. WE should walk as those putting on Christ, for as He is, so are we now in this world. That is why Ephesians 4:24 NKJV says, “and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO ALWAYS SET OUR EYES ON CHRIST IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
