SET YOUR MIND ON CHRIST I

Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. - Colossians 3:1 NIV

We know in Christ, we are the body and Jesus the head. Instead of worrying about our earthly circumstances, we set our hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God, where all spiritual blessings, all that pertains to life and godliness is bestowed on us.

This is why we don't lack anything, because by virtue of our position and power in the throne, we have it all. Besides, what in this world can be compared to our possession in His right hand power? What are those things we need that can drive us to despair?

What is it in this world that can make us not to love God with all our soul, heart and strength? Which currency is of more value, our earthly's or heavenly currency, where our daily sustenance comes from?

No wonder king David said "I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the Lord. (Psalms 27:13‭-‬14 NASB1995)
