STAND STRONG IN HIS STRENGTH

We are the first fruits of God's creation, we can only partake in all the things of redemption through grace. That is living by faith on works of His cross and resurrection.

In Matthew 8:8 NIV, the centurion replied to Jesus; “Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed. That is how we are today, we live by His grace.

How?

The Bible says "For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Yet God, in his grace, freely makes us right in his sight. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.

(Romans 3:23‭-‬24 NLT)

We were dead in sin and couldn't help ourselves, even now we are alive by His grace, we cannot still help ourselves without His grace. So, we are fully dependent on him. Just as the Roman centurion, we are not worthy, sufficient, qualified, but our qualification, worthiness, sufficiency is from Him.
