THE DAYS OF IMMANUEL

Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and was glad.”

John 8:56 NKJV

Are you seeing the days of Immanuel, are they marvelous in your sight? Our text says "Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and was glad.”

What are His days? Psalms 72:7 says " In His days the righteous shall flourish, And abundance of peace, Until the moon is no more." We are His righteous ones and the moon is still here! Yes!

Revelation 21:4 says "And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

What are the former things? Sin and distress; wretchedness, sickness etc, Behold all things are new and they are from God, the giver of good and perfect things! The giver of Immanuel, Jesus reigns through us, and we reign through Him.

Beloved are you seeing Immanuel days and are glad or are you seeing the former things, hence sad? Abraham saw it afar off with an eye of faith, confessed it and rejoiced. He did not consider the deadness of his body, rather trusted God who gives life to the dead and calls things that don't exist as though they are ( See Romans 4)

Likewise, don't consider the deadness of your situation, for they are transient and will not consume you, rather they built a greater glory for you WHY? "for the former things have passed away" GLORY!

Have this God kind of faith and enjoy Immanuel days, the world live by sight, hence cannot enjoy Immanuel days, these are days of millennium to come but we enjoy it by faith for by His grace we have crossed from death to life.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO ENJOY IMMANUEL DAYS GOD ORDERED FOR US TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
