THE EXCEEDING GREATNESS OF HIS POWER IN US IN CHRIST III

Show your power, O God, the power you have used on our behalf

Psalm 68:28 GNT

The exceeding power that sustains us in Christ is the same mighty power that raised Jesus from death.  The resurrection power. " I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead." (Philippians 3:10 NLT). 

Because of this power, we and all we have cannot perish, how? Jesus said to Martha, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me will live, even though he dies. And everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. ” (John 11:25‭-‬26 BSB) So, all we have, our soul, marriage, power to prosper,  health and wellbeing, length of days shall not die, even when they appear to be dead, all are made alive again by the resurrection power.

That is that power of God's name " El shaddai", Meaning God Almighty, all sufficient and all powerful. He appeared to Abraham when he was Ninety-nine years old and gave him a child, proving himself as "God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; (Romans 4:17 NKJV)

He repeated this sign in the bush engulfed in flames but never burnt (See Exodus 3) Moses saw this glory and exclaimed "amazing, marvelous!. This is the glory of our strength, in that our earthly circumstances, be it financial, marital, health, society, etc might seem to be engulfed in flames, but it never burnt, why? Because of His resurrection power. 

So, first He displayed it in Abraham, then Moses, now we are living it  in Christ. That is why Psalms 73:26 BSB says "My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.Psalms 30:3 BSB also says "O Lord, You pulled me up from Sheol; You spared me from descending into the Pit."

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO UNDERSTAND THIS GREAT POWER TOWARDS US IN CHRIST AND LIVE BY IT TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
