THE FATHER IS CELEBRATING US

God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure. -Ephesians 1:5 NLT

This is so sweet, imagine that it gave Him great pleasure to adopt us into his own family, even while we were nothing. This extravagant love is explained better in the parable of the prodigal son.

The Father Said "kill the calf we have been fattening. We must celebrate with a feast, for this son of mine was dead and has now returned to life. He was lost, but now he is found.’ So the party began."

(Luke 15:23‭-‬24 NLT)

The prodigal son should have been the one celebrating and not the father. Do you know that the same is the case for us today? The Father is always celebrating us. Zephaniah 3:17 CEV says " He celebrates and sings because of you, and he will refresh your life with his love.”

Yet, many, the celebrants, refuse to be joyful, or even celebrate with the Father, because our earthly circumstances says otherwise.
