THE GOOD THINGS HE PLANNED FOR US

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.- Ephesians 2:10 NLT

God's agenda with man, which He planned before the world began was interrupted by the fall in Eden. Man could no longer relate spiritual things to spiritual words because of the senses. His life was filled with sensory perceptions. 2 Cor 2:14 says "But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned."

Remember, before the fall, in Genesis 2:25,

the Bible says "Now the man and his wife were both naked, but they felt no shame." But, after the fall when the senses kicked in, Adam said to God “I heard you walking in the garden, so I hid. I was afraid because I was naked.” “Who told you that you were naked?” the Lord God asked…" (Genesis 3:10‭-‬11 )

Today, we are recreated in Christ, man's original spirituality restored in Christ, so we can do the "the good things he planned for us long ago." as our opening verse said. These " good things'' are spiritual and not canal, so let's not relate to God in these " good things" with our senses.

Sometimes, Our circumstances might seem unpleasant, let's not fret as Adam did, instead relate to it spiritually, with the conscious mindset that we are in Christ and God is leading us into the "the good things he planned for us long ago."
