THE HEAVENLY FATHER'S COMPASSION IS GREATER THAN EVERY FEAR ,DIFFICULTY AND CHALLENGES

“The same way a loving father feels toward his children—that’s but a sample of your tender feelings toward us, your beloved children, who live in awe of you.”

There is an advert from St. Jude Research Institute where a parent said, “When your kid is hurting and there’s nothing you can do about it, that’s the worst feeling in the world.” Man was created in the image of God. If earthly parents, even in their fallen nature, can love and care deeply for their children, how much more does our heavenly Father love us?

Do you think the Father is unaware of the troubles we face on earth? Certainly not. In His great love, He has already done something about them. Isaiah 53:5 GNT says: “But because of our sins he was wounded, beaten because of the evil we did. We are healed by the punishment he suffered, made whole by the blows he received.”

Out of His love and compassion, Christ has already borne our pain and secured our victory. Our responsibility is to rest in the finished work of His love and grace. Therefore, let us not define God’s love for us by the troubles we experience. Jesus Himself said in John 16:33 NIV: “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Even in the midst of trials, we can remain confident in the unfailing love of our Father and the victory we have in Christ.
