"You number and record my wanderings; put my tears into Your bottle–are they not in Your book? Then shall my enemies turn back in the day that I cry out; this I know, for God is for me." (Psalm 56:8-9 AMP
The Lord took all the punishments we were to receive in this world because of our sins. He didn't leave any punishments for us. Christ's sufferings and death, represents all we were to go through in our life for our sins but they were all placed on Him in a single sacrifice. "All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. (Isaiah 53:6 NKJV)
So, in Christ, our light suffering is not necessarily because we did anything wrong, but because we are partners of Christ crucified, for we were in Him at crucifixion. Sufferings should not remind us of our sins, rather of the victory over sin and sufferings on the cross and the glory that will be revealed in us.
So we treat sufferings with honor because they are pleasing to the Lord. Know that they are not compared to what He went through instead they build better glory. "For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory"
(II Corinthians 4:17 NKJV)
WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO BE COURAGEOUS IN SUFFERINGS IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
THANK YOU JESUS!
