True fasting

In Is 58:6‭-‬10, God explained the kind of fasting He seeks: praying for one another, loving and doing charity. He hates it when we attack one another, for in Christ we are one. He said "You sit and speak against your brother; You slander your own mother’s son.- Ps 50:20
