as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,

II Peter 1:3 NKJV

So, God has given us all we need to live God kind of life on earth. This is awesome. The reason we are not satisfied or content is that we lack trust in God. Sometimes we might act like the prodigal son, who wants his own share and doesn't want the Father to hold it and take care of it for him. If God is Immanuel, " God is with us" how can we lack ?

Remember, the Lord is " a very present help in times of need " He provides at point of need. He sent us to the world, even though we are not of the world, so He cannot forsake us in times of need.

Know that our daily sustenance is not based on our performance, but is a gift of God that glorifies Him.

Know that the Lord has not only given us everything for a divine life, be it in areas of our financial, marital, health and wellbeing etc. He is also the very one alive in us, giving us the power both to will and to live it. I Peter 5:10 says He supports, strengthens and establishes us. Glory!

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO TRUST

GOD FOR OUR SUSTENANCE IRRESPECTIVE OF WHAT OUR EARTHLY CIRCUMSTANCES REFLECT IN JESUS NAME!

THANK YOU JESUS!
