Man is not meant to worry. The Lord said "Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

(Matthew 6:27) We are all dead but raised to a new life with Jesus. Our worrying cannot add a single hour to this new life, only God does, why? "that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us."
