OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN

ARE WE GLORIFIED?

After Jesus said this, he looked toward heaven and prayed: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you.

John 17:1 NIV

The Lord is asking the Father to glorify not just himself but us, for we are His body, we share the same glory with him, the same glory in the head is in the body, we are one. Also it is when we are glorified that He receives His glory.

Are we glorified? Yes, the Bible tells us that we are the branches and Jesus is the Vine, our heavenly Father is the gardener. (See John 15) We are the chosen branches pruned, set apart, designed and appointed to bear fruit.

That is why the Bible says " they shall flourish in the courts of our God. [Growing in grace] they shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be full of sap [of spiritual vitality] and [rich in the] verdure [of trust, love, and contentment]. [They are living memorials] to show that the Lord is upright and faithful to His promises; He is my Rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him. (Psalm 92:13‭-‬15 AMPC)

Think calmly what this means: that we are "living memorials to show that the Lord is upright and faithful to His promises; .. and there is no unrighteousness in Him"

WE BLESS YOU GOD THE FATHER OF OUR BELOVED LORD JESUS CHRIST FOR WE ARE GLORIFIED IN JESUS, WE GROW IN GRACE AND ARE FULL OF SPIRITUAL VITALITY!
