WE RESIST THE ENEMY BY DOING GOOD

Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful - Luke 6:36 NIV

The enemy cannot but do bad, so we win him by doing good. The Lord Said, "You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies (John 8:44 NIV)

The enemy only knows evil, there is no truth in him, his wisdom is corrupted, he is incapable of receiving the truth, that is why the Lord prayed, " Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.(John 17:17 NIV) Instead of resisting him in his own realm, by doing evil, we resist him in the realm of the Spirit by doing good.

The scripture says: “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.(Romans 12:20‭-‬21 NIV)

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO RESIST THE ENEMY BY DOING GOOD IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
