HIS GOODNESS FOLLOWS US EVERYWHERE II

Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

-Psalms‬ ‭23:6‬ ‭NIV‬‬

God's goodness is not defined by sight, what we see in the physical world, or by natural circumstances, for it is supernatural .The supernatural defines the natural. Our earthly circumstances, whether good or bad, do not define God's goodness, rather, our union with Christ does. ‭‭in John‬ ‭17:22‬ ‭NIV‬‬, the Lord said, '"I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one. So the glory we share with Christ through our union with Him manifests in His goodness and mercy anywhere we go!

For instance, the scripture says, "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them." (Psalms 19:1‭-‬3 NIV) The same way, His goodness follows us everywhere despite what our earthly circumstances reflect.

That is why we should love God beyond human senses, beyond our feelings because we are called by Him for His own purpose, which is to display His goodness. It doesn't matter anymore what comes at us for because we are

Called by him and we love him despite our good or bad circumstances, all things will work together for our good. (Romans 8:28)
