WE ARE EXALTED IN CHRIST II

Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people.

Proverbs 14:34 NIV

Mary said "He has put down the mighty from their thrones, And exalted the lowly."

(Luke 1:52 NKJV) The enemy is dethroned and cast out, we, in Christ, are exalted to the highest throne ever!

Ephesians 2:5‭-‬6 NKJV says "even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,"

He raises the poor from the dust And lifts the beggar from the ash heap, To set them among princes And make them inherit the throne of glory. “For the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, And He has set the world upon them.

I Samuel 2:8 NKJV

Think about this? If God has set us on His throne of glory, who and what can bring us down? Sickness, failures, hardships?

The scripture made it clear that it is not by our performance that we were saved, but by His grace. So, nothing can bring us down, not even sin. Christ already took the wounds, the falls of our sins. So when sin increases, grace abounds.

OUR joyful work is to believe in the work of His grace.
