WE ARE GOD'S REDEEMED

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed - John 8:36 NIV

One might say if our text is true, why am I going through tribulations. Remember at the Red Sea; "Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever.

(Exodus 14:13 NKJV)

The Lord wants them to see His salvation, why? "For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever." That foreshadows our salvation, for on the cross the Lord said " It is finished ". We are delivered from the powers of darkness.

Just as the Israelites though they left Egypt still experienced trials of the wilderness but God gave them victory upon victory. The same way, though we face troubles in this world, God gives us victory, so they neither last nor harm us, rather they give us glory .

Beloved, know who you are and who redeemed you. First we are Jesus' replica on earth, as He is so are we on earth, not as we are so is He. Secondly, because our redeemer said it is finished, though we might go through those troubles, we are not consumed.[Isaiah 43:1‭-‬2]

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO LIVE AS THE REDEEMED OF GOD IN JESUS NAME AMEN !
