WE ARE IMPERISHABLE

having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever,

I Peter 1:23 NKJV

Beloved, Our life is from the imperishable seed of God, so we are not subject to corruption. That is why we shouldn't worry, for our soul, health, finances, marriages and length of days on earth cannot perish. Think of this, the Lord established the earth thousands of years ago with the word of His mouth and it abides , how about us that are born of the same word of truth.

That is why King David said "For You will not leave my soul in Sheol, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.

(Psalms 16:10 NKJV) We are His holy ones, for we are in Christ and Christ in us.

Psalms 93:5 EASY version says "Your house will always be holy, because you are holy". We are His house.

Holiness sets us apart from evil, and consecrates us to God. That is why our Holy Father said "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. (Isaiah 43:2 NKJV) Glory!

So those afflictions we see are " bush engulfed in flames but never burnt " ( See Exodus 3) Why? For we are born of the imperishable word of God.

BLESSED ARE YOU GOD OF ALL CREATIONS, THE GIVER OF PERFECT GIFTS, FOR WE ARE BORN OF YOUR IMPERISHABLE SEED!
